Rose L. Brand - Attorney

A 1988 graduate of the University of New Mexico School of Law, she worked for a law firm specializing in Bankruptcy and became a shareholder shortly thereafter.  In July of 1999, Rose Little started her own firm, now Little & Dranttel, P.C., dedicated to representing creditors.

Admitted to practice in all Courts in the State of New Mexico, the United States Bankruptcy Court, the United States District Court and the United States Court of Appeals and Supreme Court.  Additionally practices in all New Mexico Tribal Courts, including but not limited to Acoma, Isleta, Laguna, Mescalero, San Felipe, San Juan, Zuni, Taos, Tohono O’Odham, and UTE.

Born El Paso, Texas; Graduated from New Mexico State University with honors (B.A., 1985); University of New Mexico summa cum laude (J.D., 1988) admitted to the New Mexico State Bar in 1988.  Member:  American Bar Associations Section Rose is a member of: (Corporation, Class Action Defense, Banking and Business Law); State Bar of New Mexico (Members Section on:  Real Property, Corporation and Bankruptcy), and she has taught seminars on Foreclosures, Creditor Collections, Fair Debit Collection Practice Act and Creditor Bankruptcy.

John Kulikowski - Attorney (Of Counsel)

John received a B.A. from Michigan State University in 1962. From 1962 to 1967, John was a Captain in the U.S. Air Force and served as an intelligence officer. In 1970, he received his Juris Doctorate from the University Of New Mexico School of Law and was on the Board of Editors for the New Mexico Law Review in Albuquerque where he opened his private practice. In October of 2010, John joined Little & Dranttel, P.C. as an Attorney of Counsel.

Rachel Chiado – Attorney

 Born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area, Rachel graduated with Honors from Golden Gate University, receiving her Juris Doctorate in 2007 and her Masters of Law in International Legal Studies in 2009.  While in law school, she was active in the Student Bar Association and participated in externships with the California Appellate Project and the London branch of Withers LLP.  Rachel graduated from Occidental College in 2004, where she received a B.A., double majoring in History and Theater.  Admitted to the California Bar in February of 2008, Rachel relocated to New Mexico and joined the firm of Little & Dranttel, P.C. as a law clerk in August of 2010.  She was admitted to the New Mexico Bar in April of 2011.

Candra Rivers – Attorney

Candra was born in Monroeville, Alabama and as the child of a military family has moved constantly since birth. She spent the majority of her childhood alternating between Hanau, Germany and El Paso, Texas. She obtained her B.A. in Psychology, graduated from  the University Of New Mexico School Of Law in May 2011 and passed the New Mexico State Bar in August 2011. Candra joined the law firm of Little & Dranttel, P.C. in May 2009.

Kelley Leigh Grosso Attorney

Kelley attended the University of New Mexico School of Law and graduated with a Juris Doctorate in May 2009. She was admitted to the New Mexico bar in September 2009, and admitted to practice in the Federal Bar in October 2009. Kelley attended Brigham Young University where she graduated in April 2005 with a B.S. in Psychology and a minor in Business Management.

After law school Kelley began working for a law firm that concentrates on foreclosure and bankruptcy law. Kelley has also worked for a national firm preforming legal audits for Fannie Mae. Additionally, Kelley teaches at Central New Mexico Community College in the Paralegal Studies program. She teaches Advanced Legal Writing and Research. Further, she has experience in family law, children’s law and works closely with the New Mexico Office of Guardianship, where she assisted in appointing permanent guardians for incapacitated adults.

While in law school, as an intern with the State Bar internship she was chosen to work for the New Mexico Gaming Control Board where she worked largely on agency policy and regulation. Later she was offered a job as a law clerk with the Gaming Control Board.

Kelley is a Member of the National Association of Professional Women and serves as the Treasurer on the Board of the J. Ruben Clark Law Society. Kelley Leigh Grosso was born and raised in Albuquerque, New Mexico. She lived in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil from 2000- 2002. While there she learned Portuguese fluently and taught English classes.

Kelley is currently an attorney at Little & Dranttel, P. C. concentrating in the areas of Foreclosure and Bankruptcy. She continues to teach paralegal studies classes for CNM.

Jeanne Y. Sohn Attorney

Jeanne’s practice has been concentrated in the areas of creditor rights, commercial litigation, contracts and creditor bankruptcy. Her experience spans the banking, governmental, and business industries where she regularly advises and represents clients on issues related to foreclosure, replevin, real estate law, bankruptcy, collections, contract relations, disputes, and negotiations. Jeanne has successfully represented clients in numerous proceedings in federal, bankruptcy, state, and tribal courts.

Jeanne received her Juris Doctorate degree from the Ohio State University in 2000 and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics, with a minor in Government, from New Mexico State University in 1996 (with high honors). Jeanne was admitted to the New Mexico State Bar in 2000 and is licensed in federal district, state, and most tribal courts of New Mexico. She is a past-board member and is currently a volunteer at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central New Mexico and regularly supports various other regional non-profits with pro bono services.

Prior to joining Little & Dranttel, P.C., Jeanne was an attorney at Sutin, Thayer, & Browne law firm, where she handled all types of litigation including but not limited to hearings, trials and depositions. During law school she was a Summer Associate at Squire Sanders in Columbus, Ohio and clerk at Oppenheimer, Wolff, & Donnelly in New York City.

Jeanne is currently an attorney at Little & Dranttel, P.C. in the areas of Foreclosure and Bankruptcy in the litigation department.
