Lawrence Junker - Law Clerk

Lawrence was born in Alamosa, Colorado and moved to Albuquerque, New Mexico as a child. He attended Highland High School and graduated from the University of New Mexico with a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics. After a successful career in retail management and advertising sales, Lawrence was accepted to the University Of New Mexico School Of Law and is expected to receive his Juris Doctorate in May 2012. He began clerking for Little & Dranttel, P.C. in May 2010

Matthew A Danner – Law Clerk

Matthew A. Danner was born and raised in Albuquerque, New Mexico.  Attended New Mexico State University and graduated with a B.A. in Criminal Justice.  Upon completion of his undergraduate degree, Matt returned to Albuquerque to attend the University Of New Mexico School of Law.  In law school he worked in the Business and Tax Clinic and participated in an externship with the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Mexico.  Matt, graduated from Law School in December of 2010 and passed the New Mexico Bar in April 2011. He rejoined the firm in April 2011.

Angela L. Aronow - Paralegal

Angela is a long time resident of Albuquerque, New Mexico. She obtained her Paralegal certificate from the University of New Mexico Continuing Education Department. Angela is a part time paralegal with the firm and also a Notary Public for the State of New Mexico. She joined the firm in October 2009.

Courtney Arnold – Paralegal/Team Leader

Born and raised in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Graduated from the University of New Mexico with Bachelor Degrees in English and Political Science. Legal experience in areas of creditor’s rights, replevin, bankruptcy, trial practice, and collections.  She handles contested matters as the lead litigation Paralegal.  Joined the firm of Little & Dranttel in September of 2002.  Notary Public for the State of New Mexico.

David Washburn – Paralegal

A native of Albuquerque, New Mexico, received his Bachelor's degree in 1976 from the University of Albuquerque and a Master’s of Business Administration in 1992 from the University of Phoenix. Worked as a Paralegal for several local law firms and as an Administrator for the University of New Mexico prior to joining Little & Dranttel, P.C.  in 2005. Specializing in creditor’s rights including title work, bankruptcy and judgment pleadings.

Denise MagallanezParalegal

Born and raised in Los Angeles, California, resided in The Republic of Panama, Kansas, and now in New Mexico.  Approximately 20 years experience in the legal field in various legal areas with the majority of her experience in creditor’s rights.  She has an additional seven years of secretarial experience in the aircraft industry with a secret clearance and various NAF positions with the U.S. Army.  She joined the firm of Little & Dranttel, P.C. in January 2002.  Notary Public for the State of New Mexico

Dolores Velasquez Paralegal/Team Leader/Special Master

Born and raised in Albuquerque, New Mexico.  Graduated from St. Pius X High School and attended the University of New Mexico.  Worked as a Senior Loan Processor for over 12 years.  Joined Little & Dranttel, P.C. in June, 2007. Legal experience in Mobile homes, loan closings, evictions, deeds-in-lieu, and foreclosure sales. Notary Public and Special Master for the State of New Mexico.

Elizabeth Doyle – Paralegal

Elizabeth was born in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.  She traveled extensively as a child with her military family.  Graduated from Highland High School in Albuquerque, New Mexico, and attended the University of New Mexico before traveling to Kauai, Hawaii.  Moved to Los Angeles, California, where she gained experience as a Legal Secretary specializing in Entertainment Litigation.  Moved back to Albuquerque and joined the firm of Little & Dranttel, P.C. in December 2001.  Notary Public for the State of New Mexico.

Kaelen Chacon – Paralegal

Kaelen was raised in Santa Fe and Albuquerque, New Mexico.  She graduated from Point Loma Nazarene University in San Diego, California with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communication with a minor in Spanish.  Kaelen had previously worked for Little & Dranttel in the Sale Department.  For the past few years, she has been working in Phoenix, Arizona as a Paralegal for an attorney who specialized in Commercial Real Estate matters.  Kaelen re-joined the firm to assist in the Complaint Department in June of 2011.

Katherine OwensParalegal/Team Leader

Born and raised in Kansas.  Katherine graduated from the University of New Mexico with a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminology in 2000.  Her legal background and experience includes various legal areas including creditor’s rights, replevin, evictions, loan closings, bankruptcy and collections.   Katherine joined Little & Dranttel, P.C. in 2001 and rejoined the firm in 2007 after attending Southern Illinois University School of Law from 2003-2006. 

Serena Smith – Paralegal/Team Leader

Serena was born and raised in Albuquerque, New Mexico, and Graduated Cum Laude from the University of New Mexico with a Bachelor of Arts Degrees in History and Religious Studies. She plans on attending law school in the future. Currently, she has legal experience in areas of family law, collaborative practice law, personal injury law, trial practice, and most recently in foreclosure law. She is a Paralegal and Team Leader for the First Legal Action team. Serena joined the firm of Little & Dranttel in May of 2010. Notary Public for the State of New Mexico.

 Susie Kolinsky – Paralegal Assistant

Raised in New Jersey and relocated to New Mexico.  Graduated from Santa Fe Community College in Florida with an Associate of Science degree as a Legal Assistant and an Associate of Arts degree in Psychology.  Joined the firm of Little & Dranttel, P.C. in June 2002 as a Legal Secretary and promoted to Paralegal Assistant in January of 2003. Experience with Creditors Rights including title searches, service of process and judgments. Notary Public for the State of New Mexico.

Dana Britton - Legal Secretary

Dana was born on Vandenberg AFB in California and raised in California, England, and Texas as an Air Force dependent. After graduating from high school in 1989, she attended Allan Hancock Collage in Santa Maria, CA. She moved to Puyallup, Washington in 1994 to attended Green River Collage and be closer to family. She moved to Albuquerque, New Mexico in 2003.  She is a former Escrow Officer and a licensed Real Estate Agent. She is currently working on her Associates Degree in Paralegal Studies. Dana joined Little & Dranttel in April 2011.

Becky Montaño – Operations/Quality Assurance Manager

Becky was born and raised in Albuquerque, New Mexico. She attended Central New Mexico Community College with a focus in Psychology.  She worked at ProLaw Software for four years before running her own insurance agency.  Becky works with the staff in training and updating documents, forms, and pleadings.  She also sets up departments while managing the day-to-day operations and serving as client liaison for quality assurance purposes.  She joined the firm of Little & Dranttel, P.C. in December of 2007.

Chris Stines – Administrative Coordinator/Team Leader

Chris was born and raised in San Francisco, California, and relocated to Albuquerque, New Mexico, in March 2010. Prior to joining Little & Dranttel, P.C., she worked for four years as an Administrative Coordinator for a non-profit Adoption Agency which places Korean born children. She later worked for a social services non-profit organization for eight years, beginning as a part-time office assistant and ultimately becoming the Director of Administrative Services. Chris joined the firm of Little & Dranttel, P.C. in June of 2010.

Luis Brown – IT Infrastructure Manager

Born in Tucson, Arizona, Luis moved to New Mexico in 1980. With over 27 years of experience in all aspects of Information Technology, Luis is particularly skilled in software development, network design and network administration. He received his Bachelors of Business Administration from the University of New Mexico with a concentration in Operations Management and he received his Masters of Business Administration in Finance from University Of New Mexico. Also, he recently received his Post Masters certificate in Information Assurance. He has also taught at University Of New Mexico. He joined Little & Dranttel, P.C. in January 2009.

Janet Sieger Accountant

Born and raised in Missouri.  Following high school, obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Comprehensive Accounting from Missouri State University in Springfield.  Following several years of experience in management level accounting positions, attended Drury University in Springfield and received her M.B.A. in 1995. Janet started her own international accounting company in 1999 and has provided accounting & consulting services to Little & Dranttel, P.C. since November 2000.  Her specialty is management accounting and consulting, general ledger review and compilation of financial statements.

Tracy Rivers – Business Manager/Team Leader

Born in Big Spring, Texas, and raised in Midland, Texas.  Six years accounting experience from Price Waterhouse in Dallas, Texas, before moving to Albuquerque, New Mexico, in 1990. She began working with Rose Little in 1991. She joined the firm of Little & Dranttel, P.C. as Office Manager when it opened.  Now she is in charge of the billing and accounting department.  Notary Public for the State of New Mexico.

Scott Brand – Associate Business Manager

Scott was born in Amarillo, Texas and raised in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Scott has been working in business management for the last 20 years. During this time, he worked his way up to General Manager of both Overhead Door Co. and, most recently, Windsor Door Sales, Inc. where he received numerous certifications and awards for top sales and management milestones. He also owned and operated his own garage door company from 2000-2003 until he sold it and took a position as regional sales manager for Cookson Door Sales, Inc. Scott joined the firm of Little & Dranttel, P.C. in November 2010.

Rob Adams - Accounts Receivable Manager

Rob was born in Texas and raised in New Mexico. He spent ten years in the United States Navy and has traveled all over the world. After leaving the military in 2002, he attended the University of New Mexico where he graduated Magna Cum Laude with a B.B.A in Accounting. After a two year period in southern New Mexico as the Accountant for an oil field supply shop, he returned to the University of New Mexico where he received his Masters of Accountancy. Rob joined the firm of Little & Dranttel, P.C. in November 2010.

Stephanie Hawk – Accounting Administrator

Born and raised in Ottumwa, Iowa and moved to New Mexico after high school. She received her Associate Degree in Accounting and Business from Santa Fe Community College. She worked doing sales auditing and payroll for several years. She joined the firm of Little & Dranttel, P.C. in November 2007.

Dawn Martinez Accounting Administrator

Born and raised in New Mexico, Dawn has an Associate Degree in Paralegal Studies.  Currently attending Central New Mexico Community College for Accounting and transferring to Anderson School of Management for Bachelor’s in accounting next year. Dawn started as a Paralegal with the firm before moving in to the accounting department. Dawn had several years accounting experience prior to joining the firm in November 2007.

Deborah Dyche– Accounting Clerk

Debbi was born in Kansas, raised in Nebraska and moved to Albuquerque in 1976. Previously she was the Office Manager at Auto Trader Publications and handled various accounting functions. She joined Little & Dranttel, P.C. in September 2010.

Kara Robertson – Billing Administrator

Born in Johnstown, Pennsylvania, raised in Chicago, Illinois and Los Alamos, New Mexico.  Worked in accounting positions in Los Alamos, New Mexico.  Prior to joining Little & Dranttel, P.C., worked as an Accounting Assistant at the University of New Mexico while attending school; joined Little & Dranttel, P.C. in August of 2005 as an Accounting Clerk and continued as an undergraduate.  She received a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry magna cum laude in May 2006; assumed new duties as Billing Administrator in February of 2007.

Terri Verrette - Accounting Clerk

Born and raised in Arkansas where she attended the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville and graduated with a B.S. in Business Administration emphasizing management of human resources.  She lived in ten different states between leaving Arkansas and arriving in New Mexico in 2007.  Professionally she’s been a mortgage loan officer, program director of a non-profit focused on financial literacy and services to working poor families, and most recently a commercial credit analyst before joining Little and Dranttel in April 2011.  She’s also a poet with two published books and a bead artist creating custom designs.

Tina Mathis – Office Assistant/Receptionist

Tina has spent the last 20 plus years working in the administrative field. She enjoys spending time with her family and working in the garden. Tina joined the firm in November, 2010.

Dana Martin – Office Assistant

Dana was born in Gallup, New Mexico, and raised in Sheep Springs, New Mexico. Dana is of the Towering House Clan (Kiyaa’ aanii) and born into the Red Running into Water People Clan (Ta’ chii’nii). Dana graduated from the Southwestern Indian Polytechnic Institute with his Associate of Arts in Liberal Arts in 2010 and plans to continue his education and earn a Master’s Degree in Biology. He is a notary public for the state of New Mexico. He joined the law firm of Little & Dranttel, P.C. in August 2010.

Amanda Dooley – Administrative Assistant

Amanda was born in Albuquerque, New Mexico, and raised in Rio Rancho, New Mexico Currently she is a full time student in addition to working full time. She plans on teaching Special Education in an elementary setting with emphasis in sign language. She joined the firm of Little & Dranttel, P.C. in August 2010.

Jim JohnsonCourier

Born and raised in Amarillo, Texas.  Attended West Texas State University.  Enlisted in USMC in 1965 and served until 1968, then moved to Albuquerque, New Mexico, in 1983.  Joined Little & Dranttel, P.C. in November 2006 as the courier and closed file clerk.
